Fasadex is a high-quality liquid paint for exterior use. It provides a beautiful and durable finish. Resistant to atmospheric conditions (rain, high and low temperatures, and sunlight). With diffusion capability (allows the surface to breathe). Elastic and environmentally friendly. Allows the formulation of a wide range of colors according to preference.

2 – 4 m²/kg, depending on the type and condition of the surface.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

To achieve a perfect finish:

• Surfaces must be dry, clean, and free from structural damage.
• The surface should be pre-treated with Bunjamini Base-Primer (Bazë-Grund) diluted with water (20%) before painting.
• Old or damaged surfaces should be repaired and treated with Bunjamini Base-Primer, then painted with Fasadex.
• Application should be done using a brush or roller.
• Fasadex may be diluted with up to 10% water.
• Before use, the product must be mixed thoroughly.

STORAGE

The product should be stored away from heat, direct sunlight, and frost.
