Water-based paint with an emulsion of high-quality resins and selected additives that provide excellent properties for interior use in bedrooms, children's rooms, living areas, workspaces, and corridors. It creates a beautiful, durable, and hygienic finish. Enables the formulation of a wide range of colors as desired. It offers high coverage on plastered surfaces, whether finished or unfinished, gypsum, concrete, etc., providing an aesthetic and uniform result. Resistant to normal wear in interior environments.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Working temperature: 10 – 35°C
• Relative air humidity: 50 – 70%
• Application tools: brush or roller
• Dilution: The first coat should be diluted with 7 – 10% clean water, while the second coat with 10 – 12%.
• Drying time (at 25°C and 50% relative humidity):
• First coat: 2 – 3 hours
• Second coat: 4 – 6 hours

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

To achieve a perfect finish: surfaces must be dry, clean, free from dirt, stains, mold, and without structural damage. The surface is recommended to be pre-treated with Bunjamini Base-Primer (Bazë-Grund) diluted with water in a ratio of 1:3 before applying the paint. Old or damaged surfaces should be repaired, treated with Bunjamini Base-Primer, and then painted.

Standard plaster: 3 – 4 m²/kg
Patinated surface: 8 – 10 m²/kg

STORAGE

The product should be stored at temperatures between 5 – 35°C, in dry places and away from direct sunlight.
